Equipping Leaders in Medan

Equipping young leaders is a key to future growth for the Kingdom of God. For 4 days Tim & Australian IPHC national leader Chris Friend spent time equipping and ministering to a group of 12 emerging Indonesian ministers in the city of Medan. Their hunger for God and the things of God were refreshing and challenging to us. After one year of intensive academic studies and practical ministry opportunities many of these young people will spend one year in a nearby village from Medan in a full time ministry capacity with a local church. After this one year some will be sent to other places throughout Indonesia while a few will return to our advanced ministerial training center in Batam for further theological training. Please pray for these young people. Pray that the Spirit of the Lord will fill them with boldness to declare the wonders and glory of God. Please pray that signs, wonders and miracles will follow their proclamation that "Jesus Lives!"
